Our Return Policy

While we can't imagine why you would want to return a Syfra product, we understand that sometimes it's necessary. If you need to return your purchase, you can do so by following the steps outlined below.

Important Conditions

Syfra Cards Return Restrictions

Sealed Products Cannot Be Returned If Opened

We cannot accept returns of syfra cards if the seal wrap has been removed or damaged. This is for your security and to ensure product integrity.

General Return Conditions

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, provided that the product has not been used.

  • If the product is used or damaged, you cannot return the product
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included

Return Process & Timeline

Cancel Your Order

Within 30 days of receiving the product, fill out the Withdrawal Request and email it to support@syfra.io

Return the Product

You have 14 days from the date of cancellation to return your product. The consumer must pay the costs for returning the product.

Receive Your Refund

You will be refunded the full order amount within 14 days after we receive the product back

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

* Providing a reason is not obligatory, but we would love to learn from your experience to improve our products and services. Providing a reason does not affect your return process.
